Submitting Artwork

Electronic artwork may be provided via e-mail to: prepress@labelsinc.com

Files larger than 10MB should be Stuffed or Zipped

Please include an Adobe Press Ready PDF or fax a hard copy of emailed artwork so that we may compare it to the electronic file received. This extra step will help ensure that what you sent via email arrived correctly and completely. FAX: 603-929-7305

Electronic artwork may also be submitted on CD or DVD disks.

Please always include the following with your artwork:

1. A printed directory of what is contained on the disk(s).
2. A color composite and/or separated printout of the electronic artwork.
3. Indicate on the printout the label size measurements; include corner radius, if applicable.
4. Indicate the color break, calling out specific PMS numbers.
5. The original file of any placed images contained in the electronic art file.
6. Include the printer and screen version of each font used in the art file. If the file was created in a vector program (ie. Illustrator®, FreeHand®, CorelDraw®), you may convert all the fonts to outlines or paths. This also applies to fonts that have been used in any placed eps images.

Note: We cannot edit text that has been converted to path.
